Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash well. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped tomato, capsicum, green chilli, carrot, onion, and garlic until soft and flavorful. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, and garam masala, then mix everything properly. Combine this mixture with the mashed potatoes and shape into round, flat patties (tikki) for a crispy and tasty homemade burger.
Heat a pan with a musturd oil and deep crunchy fry the tikki on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.
Cut the burger buns into halves and lightly heat them on a pan with butter or ghee until golden.
