Method тАУ Dry Fruits Shake ЁЯедтЬи
Soak kaju, pumpkin seeds, badam, walnut, and makhana in milk for 2 hours.
After soaking, add everything into a mixer jar.
Add a little water for smooth consistency. Grind well until it becomes a smooth and creamy shake.
Serve fresh or chilled.

Add water and mix well to adjust consistency.
Serve chilled with ice cubes.

Method тАУ Mix Veg Poha ЁЯНЫтЬи Wash poha gently and keep it aside for 5 minutes to soften.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds (rai), let them splutter.
Add curry leaves and green chilli, saut├й for a few seconds.
Add chopped onion and cook until light golden.
Add carrot, capsicum, and green beans, saut├й for 2тАУ3 minutes.
Add salt and haldi, mix well.
Add the soaked poha and mix gently.
Cook for 2тАУ3 minutes on low flame.
Turn off the flame and add anar dana and mixture (namkeen) on top.
Your tasty and healthy Mix Veg Poha is ready to serve.

Method тАУ Mirch Pakora ЁЯМ╢я╕ПтЬи 
Wash and slit the big green chillies (mirch bada) and remove seeds if needed.
In a bowl, mix boiled mashed potato, chopped onion, ginger garlic, salt, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, amchur powder, and red chilli powder.
Stuff this mixture into the slit green chillies. In another bowl, prepare a batter using besan, salt, ajwain, and water (make a smooth thick batter).
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip the stuffed chillies into the batter and coat well.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
