Ingredients – Dry Fruits Shake 🥤✨ Cashew Nuts (Kaju / काजू)
Pumpkin Seeds (Kaddu Seeds / कद्दू के बीज) Almonds (Badam / बादाम)
Walnuts (Akhrot / अखरोट)
Makhana (Fox Nuts / मखाना)
Milk (Doodh / दूध)
Water (Pani / पानी) 😋🥤

Method – Dry Fruits Shake 🥤✨
Soak kaju, pumpkin seeds, badam, walnut, and makhana in milk for 2 hours.
After soaking, add everything into a mixer jar.
Add a little water for smooth consistency. Grind well until it becomes a smooth and creamy shake.
Serve fresh or chilled.

Ingredients – Kacha Mango Juice (Aam Panna) 🥭🥤
Roasted Raw Mango (Kacha Aam / कच्चा आम)
Mint Leaves (Pudina Patta / पुदीना पत्ता) Black Salt (Kala Namak / काला नमक) Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder / भुना जीरा पाउडर)
Water (Pani / पानी)
Sugar (Cheeni / चीनी)

Method – Kacha Mango Juice (Aam Panna) 🥭🥤 Roast the kacha mango and let it cool, then remove the pulp.
Add the pulp into a mixer jar.
Add pudina leaves, kala namak, roasted jeera powder, and sugar.
Blend everything into a smooth paste.
Add water and mix well to adjust consistency.
Serve chilled with ice cubes.

Poha (Flattened Rice / पोहा)
Mustard Seeds (Rai / सरसों)
Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta / कड़ी पत्ता)
Green Chilli (Hari Mirch / हरी मिर्च)
Onion (Pyaz / प्याज)
Carrot (Gajar / गाजर)
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch / शिमला मिर्च)
Green Beans (Beans / बीन्स)
Turmeric Powder (Haldi / हल्दी)
Salt (Namak / नमक)
Mustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tel / सरसों का तेल) Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana / अनार दाना)
Mixture / Namkeen (Mix Namkeen / मिक्स नमकीन)

Method – Mix Veg Poha 🍛✨ Wash poha gently and keep it aside for 5 minutes to soften.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds (rai), let them splutter.
Add curry leaves and green chilli, sauté for a few seconds.
Add chopped onion and cook until light golden.
Add carrot, capsicum, and green beans, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add salt and haldi, mix well.
Add the soaked poha and mix gently.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
Turn off the flame and add anar dana and mixture (namkeen) on top.
Your tasty and healthy Mix Veg Poha is ready to serve.

Green Chillies (Mirch Bada / बड़ी मिर्च)
Potato (Aloo / आलू)
Onion (Pyaz / प्याज)
Ajwain (Karongi / अजवाइन)
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder / धनिया पाउडर)
Cumin Powder (Jira Powder / जीरा पाउडर) Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Amchur Powder (Aamchur / आमचूर पाउडर) Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lahsun / अदरक लहसुन)
Salt (Namak / नमक) Oil (Tel / तेल)
Water (Pani / पानी)

Method – Mirch Pakora 🌶️✨ 
Wash and slit the big green chillies (mirch bada) and remove seeds if needed.
In a bowl, mix boiled mashed potato, chopped onion, ginger garlic, salt, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, amchur powder, and red chilli powder.
Stuff this mixture into the slit green chillies. In another bowl, prepare a batter using besan, salt, ajwain, and water (make a smooth thick batter).
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip the stuffed chillies into the batter and coat well.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
